2. Not squating right now
I hate to break the bar down and move it every day so right now I'm just doing deadlifts and bench. I may get another bar set for the holidays then I can one set up for all three morning work outs.

4. I went to hot yoga again!
Fourth day in a row. I have also discovered www.fitday.com and have been eagerly inputting all of my food and excercise. I don't think that they are getting the cals burned on my yoga right though. It certainly feels like a lot more than what they say! And I would think that doing yoga in a hot room would burn more calories than regular yoga. :shrug:
