Wednesday, 12/14: Tell me about your workouts--and make me jealous!
I miss this so much.

I'm starting to feel like I can try walking the track again, but let me tell ya, my ab muscles are complete mush. I hate the way they feel right now.


Anyway, tell me about your kick-boxing, your pilates, your step-aerobics, your deadlifts and shoulder work. Tell me about your bike ride, your swim, and your tri-cep extensions.

1. I did tai-chi & belly dancing today.
I hope you continue to heal. It's weird how sucky I feel when I cannot work out.

2. It's great that you miss exercising
Not saying it's great that you can't, but that you miss it. That means it's deeply ingrained in you, and it's become part of your daily life. Sure hope you can get back to it soon--take care and get well soon!

As for my day, I did Step Blast. :-)

The standard walking routine.

Then I got my heartrate up to about 300 per minute when we got a call that our house that was up for sale was on fire.
