Thursday, 12/22: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: good morning

I jogged 3 miles this morning (and if I had the legs for it I would have jogged all day long--my heart was in it, but alas, my legs limit me).

Then I went to the weight room and worked on the upper body machines.

How did you folks make out?

2. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning.
I think the pilates is really starting to pay off. I have lost a couple of inches off my waist, where I need to lose the most, and my abs & back just feel stronger.

3. 5 miles (yay!) on the treadmill.
I've been working up to five miles for a while. Now the goal is to get to five miles in less time... but 3.2 mph is about as fast as I dare walk (short legs.)

4. More hot yoga.
My lower back is not bothering me as much as it was, and I had another strong class. My "bow" is looking GREAT and I will soon hit 25 classes attended! :woohoo:
