I'm recovering (resting) today. Are you?
Today I spent the day recovering from the stress of yesterdays high-intensity weight training. I’m allowing my body to complete what Hans Selye called the second stage of coping with stress (muscular in my case) the “adaptation” process. Hypertrophy here I come!

but i am starting to feel a lot better, thanks to getting the exercise i need. really beating back the fibomyalgia.
