Monday, 2/20 - I worked out, did you?
My workout is a bit weenie-esque, a one mile walk with Leslie Sansone, but for an out-of-shape, seriously obese proofreader it's a good workout.

I'm encouraged; a few weeks ago I was morbidly obese. Wahoo, progress is being made!

Outstanding B.I.P., but I think your beginning is NOT weenie-esque. Ms usnret88 is woefully out of condition, so we got her a recumbent trike http://www.easyracers.com/ez_3.htm (I have the 2 wheel model) because she couldn't ride mine at the slow speeds that she can manage. She is up to nearly 3 miles now, round trip, and we are proud of her progress. I think that we are proud of you as well. Keep it up.

I did a bicycle ride and free weights, same old boring post.

I work just a couple of miles from my home, and riding a trike to work would be great in the summer. I'm going to save up.

Leslie Sansone provides excellent workouts. I got several of my friends to workout with her, and they are making great progress. She has a quite a number of other workouts you can select from, also.

Edit: Today I did Step Fit :-)

I brewed beer, which means lifting 80lb kettles and carrying 40 lb fermenters down the stairs. I count it as a work out.
