Wednesday, 2/22: I'll work out today--what about you?
OOOOOOUUUUUUCCCCCCHHHHHH!!!!!!!

I don't know what I did, but my quads are very sore. I took the morning off, opting to just get moving and get the stiffness out of them before attempting any jogging today.

So the plan is, this afternoon,

ab work
3.0 mile jog (outdoors, weather permitting)

What's in the cards for you?

2. one legged squats and situps, get my shoulder re-evaluated today
I don't think this active release stuff is working.
I'm afraid the only fix is going to be surgery.

3. Did you post somewhere about your shoulder and I missed it?
What's it doing? Have you tried acupuncture?

6.  I have chronic tendonitis in my left rotator
I've had the right repaired and while the surgeon was in there he abraided the bone to make a larger opening to prevent any inpingement. Looking at the MRI for the other shoulder he feels that I will have similar inpingement problems unless it is also opened up. Always having my arm overhead from climbing is probably one of the worst things to do.

7. Ah. Well, I don't know much about the anatomy of the shoulder,
but I had wonderful luck with acupuncture for tendonitis of the elbow, so you might want to look into that before going under the knife again. The GP, the neurologist, and the osteopath were all talking about operating.... the acupuncturist got rid of the problem. Color me happy. :D

11. I don't know if these will help your shoulder, but they worked for
me the last time I screwed up my rotator cuff.

Four exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff. The delay in posting is due to not being able to relocate the page. My cyber-filing is very poor. Now that the shoulder is healed, I continue to do these, randomly, with very light dumbbells (3 or 5 lbs)

8. I worked out with weights, but instead of going on bicycle ride, I
hopped on the motorcycle and just rode. No remorse, it was a good day, a good ride.
