Thursday, 2/23: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!


After warming up, I went into the weight room and did an upper-body workout.

Then I did 30 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.



How'd you all make out?

6. I did 90 minuts of really intense Pilates today.
I pushed myself harder than I have in a long time and even did the full Teaser. :woohoo:
