:hi: Good morning!
Today, after I warmed up, I did a leg workout in the strength equipment room. Then I jogged 2 miles.
How did you folks make out?

Went bouldering at the gym last night for the first time in 3 weeks. I was too burnt out this AM to work out, barely felt like getting up. I'll try to do some cardio tonight.

..cardio has felt harder the past 2 days, don't know why. Then, I did upper-body weights.
