1. I had a complicated week and did not swim once.
I'm going to make an effort to get there twice this week. It's going to be tricky for the next 3 weeks because of workload.

That's when you need it most, though!

10. Tee hee!
It just never ceases to surprise me, since I don't think of myself as a very physically able person, so I am always surprised when I improve at something physical! :D

12. Hi, crispini
I notice you seem to really enjoy yoga. :) Do you go to a studio or the gym? I've been taking a class once a week @ the gym for a couple weeks now..

14. I go to a studio.
I used to go to an Iyengar class at the gym but it wasn't at a very good time for me. I really liked the teacher but when there is only one or two classes a week and you miss it.... that's no fun. :( Plus it's kind of nice to have yoga available at my choice of three studios, at 6:00, 9:30, 11:30, 4:30, 6:15 and 8:00! :P Are you enjoying your class at the gym? What kind of yoga is it?

15. That's really..
cool how flexible your yoga schedule can be! I do enjoy the class at the gym, I take it after doing a kickboxing class prior so it's a great way to wind back down and stretch out. :) I'd like to add more of it into my routine someday.

I actually have no idea what type of yoga it is..I'm going tomorrow night, perhaps I should ask!

16. Glad you're enjoying it!
Yes, find out and tell us. If it's winding down and stretching out, sounds like Iyengar or Restorative. Both are wonderful compliments to a kickboxing class!

13. vikegirl,
do you ever go to the discussion boards @ Cathe.com? I post there sometimes and lurk frequently. It's a good board over there. :)

7. 35 minutes of cardio.
I wish I could have done more, but I went to different gym location today, and they have a woefully inadequate supply of ellipticals. I got the last one, and didn't want to be a hog.

9. I felt really lame today
I worked out for an hour. Did 35 minutes of hills on the treadmill, but just was worn out, felt dehydrated and out of breath, really tired. Then did some stretching and a little weights.

I hate not having a "good" workout day. :(
