Thursday, 3/9: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good Morning!

After warming up, I did my usual leg routine in the strength equipment room.

Then I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the StairMaster.


How did you all do?

Up to 250# standing on 3" platform.

3. Yes
Warm up on treadmill, then a couple of circuits of all the machines, then more treadmill.

Ms usnret88 wanted to try two of the machines not on her usual circuit - military press and chest press. Liked them so much she added them to her routine - now there are 17 on the list. I predict in the not too distant future she will be fit enough to go for a several mile bicycle ride on the road.

Another good day.

I'm also going to the gym later for (hopefully) some time on the elliptical and some upper body weights.

6. And I just got back from the gym too
I did 20 minutes on the elliptical (broken up into 5-minute intervals... babysteps on the inflamed hip...) and tons of upper-body work - rowing, triceps, biceps, hammercurls, and a bunch of other stuff. :woohoo:

Upped the weights on leg press, adductor, and abductor machines. :)
