I'm dizzy. My head just feels like it's swimming. I'm home and I'm staying home.

2. I got back to yoga today
after a couple of crazy days and then a couple of days where I didn't feel so hot. Took it very very easy but it felt good to be back.

3. Take care of yourself.
I met an interesting fellow at the gym today. 82 yrs old, working on the machines, walking on the treadmill. He said he just hasn't been able to get back to where he was prior to his hospital stay 5 or 6 yrs ago. Nice fellow.

I did session on treadmill before and after machines, did at least one on everything - 2, 3, or 4 on some of them. Spouse is continuing to go, showing improvement on everything.

Just now planted some more flower seeds, maybe we'll have butterflies again this year.

8. I also did my 35 minute elliptical routine.
what is your routine, if you don't mind me asking? I have my own elliptical at home, so i just hop on and run for 35 minutes. It isn't one of the fancy ones that changes throughout so I'm at a constant pace. What do you do?

9. I usually do intervals.
2 minutes at level 7, incline 4; then 2 minutes at level 8 incline 10. That's 30 minutes, then the last 5 is a "cool down" period: level 7 incline 7 most of the time.

6. Hope you feel better soon!
I did an hour of Pilates, then an hour at the gym (elliptical, some chest presses, squats and biceps/triceps), and pushups. :)
