Monday 3/20: Still not ready for the gym--what about you?
I think until I feel more secure about my balance, I'm sidelined.

I hope you all are picking up my slack.

Did some dumbbell bench presses and shoulder rehab work. Last week was a mess due to being in a training class.

3. Spouse and I went to the gym.
I've changed the way I do things. After the treadmill, I did just back and legs on the machines. Next session will be arms, shoulders, abdominals. Was able to do more sets/reps this morning by splitting it up. Will augment with free weights at home.

Continuing to eat proper foods in responsible portions, no junk food - not even one potato chip this month. Don't like diet cola, so soft drinks are out also. Lots of water.

and tomorrow night, it's back to yoga. I took a week off after I banged my knee up badly helping a neighbor push-start her car. ouch.
