Wednesday, 4/5: I worked out today--did you?
Well, I haven't yet, but I'm on my way to the gym in the next few minutes.

I don't remember what routine I'll be doing. I think upper body, and probably the StairMaster today. If the weather were better, I'd go for a run, but it's pretty icky outside.

1. No, I didn't.
:-( Friend came over last night and I got bombed. Woke up with an INTENSE hangover. Heck, I still feel a little inebriated, and not in a good way :scared:.

I'll try walking on the treadmill for 40 minutes when I get home, though. :-)

Elliptical, bike, chest, arms and some stretching. My cold is better today so my workout was too. :)

4. Yes, I did
Bicycle ride early, just after daylight. Later went to gym, upper body on machines. Did some bench press, preacher curls, and triceps extensions at home late this evening.

5. Kickboxing
and a little bit of weights...both arms and legs. I know that I'll probably be taking tomorrow off unless I can sneak in a nap cause I have to get up way earlier than normal tomororw...
