Sunday, 4/9: I worked out, did you?
Today was lower body, along with 30 minutes of cardio. :hi:

1. Just finished a 50 minute bicycle ride. Will do upper body with
dumbbells this afternoon.

Route this morning was a 10 1/2 mile loop, with wind in my face the whole ride. Good ride!

2. I did the home renovation work out.
Demolished a 1950's bathroom with a sledgehammer, then hauled mess out to the dumpster. I suspect I will be sore tomorrow.

3. Back to running; needed to rest right leg
Every now and then I need to back off for a couple of days. Don't want a repeat of last year's stress fracture.

5. A bit
I just had a lowkey weekend with my partner's family, and did a lot of walking around town but nothing else much. But last night I got back to it with an hour of self-directed yoga.

6. A 5K walk.
It was timed, and I was not the last to finish. Close to last, but not very last. More good news: They didn't have 2X t-shirts, and the XL fit.
:woohoo:

The registration form listed the categories Athena and Clydesdale (women and men over a certain weight). Cute, huh? If there were other Athenas out there, I didn't see them!
