Tuesday, 4/11: I worked out today--did you?
:hi:

After warming up, I went into the weight room and did my upper body stuff, then I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the stairmaster.

How did you all do today?

2. Yes, I did.
40 minute bicycle ride. People are beginning to recognize me on the road in the mornings. I get short horn toots and waves with the whole hand (all fingers) - I guess it's because recumbent bicycles are rare in my neck of the woods.

Afterward went to the gym and did upper body work on the machines, plus some inclined flies and bench presses with dumbbells.
