So, did Dean win already?
Or did he just clinch it?

Terry McAuliffe writes on the front page of the DNC's web site:

On Saturday when I turn the role of Party Chairman over to Howard Dean - and every day for the rest of my life - I will proudly count myself among the rank and file Democrats who are the heart of our Party.

When was the vote?

Blog for America says it's tomorrow.

I'm so confused.

1. Yes, the vote is tomorrow
but he's the only one left standing. He has the votes wrapped up. Tomorrow it becomes official.

5. He will fight for us but
he is also depending on us to do some of that fighting too. Be active locally, campaign for progressive candidates, run for office. It's more than President and Senate it's a bottom up remaking of America.

4. I think at this point
the vote is just a formality. It's being treated as common knowledge that Dean will be sworn in to the post.

I'm very hopeful that he's going to really help turn things around for the Democratic party.
