idea for 2006: get the House candidates who made good showings last year |

to run again.
Reason being, they already have constituencies, donor lists, some name recognition, and maybe some money left over.

It's neither a Pres. election year, meaning lower turnout, plus the terrorism issues that made everyone crazy (ie, Republican) in 2002 are losing support.
