idea for 2006: get the House candidates who made good showings last year

idea for 2006: get the House candidates who made good showings last year
to run again.

Reason being, they already have constituencies, donor lists, some name recognition, and maybe some money left over.

2. some advantages for 2006 though--
It's neither a Pres. election year, meaning lower turnout, plus the terrorism issues that made everyone crazy (ie, Republican) in 2002 are losing support.
