....Polls now show words from both camps are causing serious damage. An increasing number of Clinton supporters say they would not vote for Obama in November and vice versa.

According to a new Franklin & Marshall College poll of Pennsylvania voters, only 53 percent of Clinton backers say they'll vote for Obama should he become the nominee. Nineteen percent say they'll vote for McCain and 13 percent say they won't vote, the poll found.

The poll said that 60 percent of Obama backers said they would go for Clinton should she win the nomination, with 20 percent opting for McCain, and 3 percent saying they wouldn't vote at all....

Deval Patrick has been a dismal failure. His one last large goal, an attempt to force huge casinos into communities that didn't want them, failed on Beacon Hill. And the day of the vote, where was Deval? In New York City, negotiating a book deal on his life story.

I have been watching the Deval circus (through the eyes of my son in Boston) and I am now not so sure....

Is no friend of the Democratic movement. No one who claims to be a Democrat and then works to Pearl Harbor its candidates is no friend to our movement.

And... for those who don't live in MA, let me explain the little Patrick v. State Legislature issue. For the past decade or two, the MA supermajority-led legislature has led this state. Republican candidate after republican candidate was elected governor so that they could continue to maintain their power over two branches of government. Democrats ran few strong candidates, purposfully. Then Patrick was elected, a vocal Democrat, and they are having a harder time trying to persuade people that they're right and the governor is wrong. Worse so for them, Patrick is actually trying to inact policies that do not go along with their plan for this state. The conflict is between old guard and new politics, if you will. Neither side is always right or always wrong. Nor are either side idiots, fools, stupid, or any other adjective of the like. This is a political power struggle and it is a shame that we can't all get along.

And to those who say Kennedy is off his nut, there's a group for people like you... please take a giant step to your right.
