Alex Ross's "Justice"
Edited on Fri Aug-05-05 02:55 PM by Dr Fate
Anyone read the 1st ish?

It's obvious that Ross is a huge fan of the old Superfriends/Legion of Doom Cartoon and Silver & Bronze age JLA.

I prefer the old archetypes that Alex seems to play on to the "updated" characters.

Thoughts?

Updates?

Ross info?

2. Just rented "Challenge of the Superfriends" on Netflix.
These are the episodes with the Legion of Doom.

It's obvious that Ross absorbed these shows- you should put them on your que.

LOVE Black Manta's costume- agree with all you said.

I really wish Ross would include the "for TV" multicultural chacters like Black Vulcan & Apache Chief- but I guess he has enough on his plate.

4. If just for reading
You can do what I do and download comics online.

I use bittorrent to d/l them from somewhere like www.torrentspy.com

and view them using a program called CDisplay

People post collections, and regularly update new releases. Just do a search for "dcp"

5. I use Bit Torrent all the time.
It never occurred to me that I could sample comic books as well.

Thanks for the tip.
