Y: The Last Man ends (no spoilers)

Anyone else reading this series? What did you think of the last issue. I found it very bitter sweet and the tone of some of the flashbacks struck me as off, but after a five year run it would be hard to end the series in a way that satisfied everyone.

1. I've been reading the TPB collections as they come out.

It's definitely one of my favorite books. Vaughn did an excellent job with this series.

I almost dropped the series a couple of times, but I'm glad I didn't. I'm not a big fan of the artist, though she did improve as the series progressed. The guest artist that took over for a few issues was truely horrendous and I almost gave up at that point, but I stuck it out.

I thought Vaughn portrayed Yorrick as a little to much of a clueless slacker boy at times and the constant pop culture references got tiresome as well, but overall it's a very good series.
