Suicide, sanity and state prison. He is an abusive bully and
when I'm not thinking about killing myself I am thinking
about killing him in self defense. The abuse is emotional,
verbal, financial (yes you can abuse people with money) sexual
and psychological. I have a badly broken arm right now that
keeps me from working and he won't keep food in the house, gas
in the car, I could go on and on. If I could meet someone I
would leave in a heart beat..

1. I don't blame anyone for not replying--some things are just too awful to share
I probably should have just kept it to myself. Forgive me.

2. No, I don't think that's it. I think this forum just doesn't get a lot of traffic.

I don't know what to tell you, except that if you're in physical danger right now from this person, is there a local shelter that you could get away to?

3. What Raccoon said.
I've been trying to get my own shit together, so I haven't spent much time on DU recently, let alone this group. I realize you posted all of this some time ago, so how are you doing now? Have you gotten help? Do you need help now? I'm not sure how much help I can give you personally, but I may be able to help you find someone near you who can. Hang in there.

4. Still here. Still miserable. Still no answers. My family doesn't understand.
They don't even get the broken arm part. Just dense I guess. I sure do hate feeling so helpless.
It makes me sick.

5. Did he break your arm?

If so, go to the local police. If they won't deal with it, go over their heads to the FBI or the State.

Still not getting anywhere? Get the fuck out of Texas.

6. I'd like to ask the same question as TrogL.
Did he do this to your arm, either directly or indirectly?

Either way, you've got to get out of this abusive relationship. He sounds very selfish, controlling and manipulating (narcissism??). Do you have a women's shelter nearby? Are there family or friends that could help you find someplace to go?

Good luck.
