Do you know of an active message board for people coping with divorce or separation?
Hi All!

Are any of you familiar with a board for those who are facing separation and/or dealing with divorce. This forum doesn't seem active enough for those who may need support with the initial shock and despair (and I really want to pass along a referral and learn how to support friends in need).

If you have located a supportive on-line community/board, would you please take a moment to share it? Many thanks! :hi:

1. When you find it let me know .. My husband says he's moving out in Feb.
I'm probably going to need support  He told me
last week . I've been trying to go along like nothing
is up for my son but it's getting increasingly hard .

Christmas is almost here .

Sending you my warmest wishes, proud patriot. I hope your family's love and support will bring you comfort and peace of mind in the coming days. Hopefully, more people will stop into this thread to offer support and understanding. Do you have some support right now?

5. I haven't reached out
If I were to reach out . I'd have support .

I have work friends , I have my mom coming for
New Years however she's so pissed she may make
things worse . Who knows . I plan on going bowling
for New Years with my son and mom .

She's invited me to move to Arizona .

I haven't told my Dad yet .. I'm sure he'd send
money or something . That's how he handles emotional
me .

I haven't told my Friends or our mutual friends
none of them would take sides , because that's not
the kind of friends I have .

I'm still having a hard time believing it .

depends on my ability to live here alone on a
Special education assistant's salary .. Ha!

My mom has invited me to live with her and her husband
in AZ.

4. I'd love for this spot to be more active but alas. I tried divorce 360; but proceed with caution.
Some folks are pretty damn harsh there; though most have the best of intentions:
