Returned from meeting with my attorney and 'husb,'

and I think my attorney has some understanding why I'm done with the guy! (even tho the assault was enough!)

Hope I can settle down; just took meds. Jerk was his usual obnoxious self, after atty laid the foundation: These are the things we'll discuss. Jerk is an atty (so am I) but instead of saying anything useful about his position, he continually referred to the 'law.' And, of course, 'Ellen can't handle $.' I'm pissed.

Will have Alternate Dispute Resolution meeting with a neutral in the not distant future, I hope, and hearing in court March 10, so maybe maybe maybe.
