I caught only the end of the Goldberg interview but

I am in awe at Jon's ability to talk effectively with people like him, and politely get across a key point or two (in this case, that Goldberg ought to stop worrying about what a few people in Hollywood do, since they have little real power compared to the people in Washington, and focus his attention on the latter). Did anyone else see this?

I highly recommend seeing the whole thing either at 1AM or tomorrow night.

2. I was cheering Jon on.

He has done his share of softball interviews, but I was happy to see him call Goldberg on his BS. Personally, I'm sick and tired of people like him using fake cultural issues to distract the public from the men behind the curtain in DC.

Hubby and I were actually applauding in our living room.

4. Once again (as with Crossfire) I'm sickened that a comedian

turns out to be the most honest and competent journalist around. Sickened that this is the state of the media today--and very impressed that Jon has the ability and the willingness to do it.
