Future Federal Contracts as a means of Executive Salary Control
There are many conditions associated with a federal contract.
Most are designed to prevent illegal discrimination on the part of the contractor.
Well here's another one: The maximum ratio between the highest paid executive and lowest paid employee shall not exceed 10.
That means the lowest paid new hire makes no less than 10% of the CEO's pay and compensation.
Something like this is the Japanese law of the Land. Except their suits are limited to 7X the lowest pay.
I think the Gold Parachute Division would disappear overnight from corporations with major government contracts.
