1. I've been listening. Byrd is one of the strongest supporters of the
Constitution. He's been saying thatif you vote for the line item veto, you would be giving the President, ANY President, the power of legislation! THAT is unconstuitutional!

Old as he is, he'svery good at explaining his facts.
