Where to go for Saturn repairs?
I have a 99 Saturn SL2. It needs some repairs but obviously there are no longer any Saturn dealerships around. Pep Boys says that I need to find someone that specifically does Saturn repairs for these particular issues.

The first issue is a problem with the steering wheel key lock. I put the key in but cannot turn it. I have to play with the steering wheel turning it from side to side until eventually I can get the key to turn. This has been getting more and more difficult over time and I'm concerned that I'll get stuck somewhere and not be able to start it.

The second problem is a leaky sunroof. I assume that it's the sunroof because water is getting into the inside fabric in the roof. It's a factory sunroof. It hasn't worked for a number of years and I haven't wanted to pay to actually fix it, but now it's leaking and that threatens to ruin the car. I don't want to necessarily fix the sunroof, just find and stop the leak.

Who can fix it?

I'm not necessarily looking for the name of a specific shop, but I live in the Philly suburbs if that helps.
