It was my dad's car, he gave it to my son and now nobody drives it..there is some minor body damage...I just don't know if it's old or special enough for anybody to collect. It gets terrible gas mileage. Thanks for any input.

1. maybe a little...
It's not to terribly old but it does have low mileage. If it's a V8, there's no rust, all the numbers match, and runs fairly well then you could probably get a good little bit from a collector.

I just have no idea where to start here. Also, thank you for keeping the CSPAN-2 threads going...I am checking in to keep updated.

3. I wouldn't want to put an actual number on it...
cuz then I wouldn't want to be blamed later for being to low or to high...

one thing you can do is look on Ebay for completed auctions and see what cars like yours have gone for. that should at least give you an idea.

4. Only if it's a T-top ...
... and comes with the Sammy Hagar catalog on 8-track.

6. Aw, I was only joking
It was a chance to drop in a Camaro rock joke.

I like the old boxy Camaros from the late '60s.

7. Try Kelly Blue Book
http://www.kellybluebook.com

It will give a rough figure as to how much you could get for it on the street, but it's not a very accurate guide if you plan on trading it in.

KBB may not really reflect the true value of it, since there is somewhat of a collectors market for them, but you never know. If it's in really rough shape and doesn't run well, you can sell it as a parts car.

By the way, your Camaro has no trade-in value at car dealerships. And all Camaros got crummy gas mileage.
