Strange Oldsmobile event today
They haven't started making them again, have they?

I went to a drive up teller at my bank a few weeks back. There were a total of 5 cars there in about 10 drive through lanes. All of the cars were Oldsmobiles.

Then, tonight on my way home, I stopped at a traffic light, and out of 22 cars, 12 of them were Oldsmobiles, and the first car in every lane was an Oldsmobile. It seemed a bit surrealistic at the time. And they said Oldsmobiles weren't popular.

To the person driving the orange 1972 Cutlass Convertible with the top down: your car looks awesome!

1. The Cutlass was the best-selling car in the country at one point
And sometimes I count GM makes on my way to work on my bicycle (a three-mile ride through suburbs, office parks and a shopping mall), and often I see more Olds than Pontiacs, Buicks or Cadillacs.

GM should dump Pontiac and Buick and bring back Olds, and pair them with GMC trucks at dealerships.
