It's liberal carnivalin' time! Carnival of the Liberals #20

Either Karen stays up way later than I normally do or she gets up way earlier than I even like to think about. Either way, at some ungawdly hour, Karen posted the latest installment in this little series we like to call Carnival of the Liberals over at her place. And Carnival of the Liberals #20 was worth getting up early for with a delightful stroll along a beautifully diverse collection of posts representing some of the best writing and thinking the liberal blogosphere has to offer. So get your walking shoes on and hoof it on over to The Greenbelt.

2. I know I say this every time but...

Yes, I agree, this one was particularly good. For whatever reason the bloggers submitting this time out were really in peak form.

Hard to believe this was edition #20. 40 weeks of Carnival of the Liberals. The 1 year anniversary is coming up with the December 6th edition. I'm trying to think of something special to do. Haven't had much luck yet, but eventually the old neurons will come up with something.

Oh, and by way of reminder, if any DU bloggers (*cough*displacedtexan*cough* :evilgrin:)are interested in hosting an upcoming edition of CotL, we've still got a couple of slots open for 2006 and ALL of 2007. It's an incredibly fun way of getting new visitors to your blog, as well as connecting with other members of the liberal blogging community. I know in the course of running CotL that I've certainly connected with people whose blogs I probably would have never read otherwise, and made some great new friends. On edit: Yes! Karen has a very attractive blog. I'm not sure that's a compliment coming from a person whose website is entirely in shades of blue and gray but I like Karen's blog -- and her writing.
