Kelsey Smith case?
The guy who has been charged with the kidnapping/murder is Edwin R. Hall. Supposedly, Hall had a very difficult childhood, being put up for adoption at 7. He was adopted by a family who turned him back into DHS because he threatened their daughter with a knife when he was 15.
Anyone keeping up with all of this?
