CHICAGO Mar 10, 2005 — A man who filed bizarre, rambling lawsuits over his cancer treatment and shot himself to death during a traffic stop appears to be the lone killer of a federal judge's mother and husband, police said late Thursday.

DNA on a cigarette butt found after the killings matches that of Chicago electrician Bart Ross, who claimed responsibility for the slayings in a suicide note, authorities said Thursday night...

1. That is a really creepy story
Combined with the killings in Atlanta yesterday, it really makes me wonder about the security of our judges.

I was surprised to read in a different article that the judge in Chicago didn't have a burglar alarm...
