DECIDE
Monday night at 10, Investigation Discovery
Even viewers who routinely try to slip out of jury duty may find themselves intrigued by the chance to sit in their living rooms and decide which forensics experts to trust in this new series from Investigation Discovery.
It's not especially flashy or exotic, but at least in tonight's opener of the 13-episode series the real-life case lays out compelling evidence on both sides and lets the experts explain why they're right and the other side is wrong.
At the end, after letting the viewer pick a winner, the show reveals the verdict. Tonight's probably won't surprise many viewers, to be honest, but watching both the state and the defense build their cases feels like an honest reflection of the investigative process.
