Can just any ol' person stumble on in here?
I am a true crime fan. I've always been fascinated by true crime, but the case that got me to buy my first true crime book some years back was the Ed Gein case. (The book was "Deviant.") I was particularly interested at that time because I was moving to the area Ed Gein had lived in.
So...mind if I look around a bit?

Look around, put in your two cents! :hi:
Oh, and Ed Gein was really something, wasn't he? Was he the inspiration for Norman Bates?

He also inspired the Buffalo Bill character in Silence Of The Lambs.

Did anyone else catch the movie "Ed Gein," with Steve Railsback?
What did you think of it?

My brother gave me "Deviant" as a birthday gift years ago. He's a cop. I guess he wanted to gross me out, or cure me from my True Crime addiction. It didn't work :-). But I was grossed out.
