What's novel about this theory is that JtheR was not necessarily a surgeon.

The above picture was put together from descriptions. There are some very detailed ones, among them one from when the suspected serial killer was admitted to prison.

2. I recently saw something on History or Investigation Discovery that pointed to a Merchant Marine.

Because there are similar murders in NYC a year or so after these were done during the same time this guy was back from London. He just couldn't help himself. Classic Serial.
