PHILADELPHIA, Miss. -- Ben Chaney says he'll be in the courtroom every day to watch the trial of the reputed Klansman accused of killing his older brother and two other civil rights workers more than four decades ago.

"It's good to see that Mississippi is living in the 21st century," Chaney told The Associated Press.
