Keith should have a doozy of a show tonight, and I sure hope Jonathan Turley is on it, because if we ever needed him, we do now.

At least Stephanie Tubbs Jones voted no. It's the only thing that makes me tolerate her...she always votes right. And of course Dennis would sooner die than vote for anything like this, so even if I move to his territory I won't be too bad off that way.

John Dean! :bounce: Says no, this bill was not good like Pelosi implied. Keith: did Dems fold again? Dean: wouldn't surprise him if the Blue Dogs leaned on the leadership politically because of Repug pressure.

Keith says Obama's position confuses him. He says he'd monitor this but if he wants to fight it he better do it quick, as in next week. Go Keith!

Dean says "poorly drafted bill." Thinks Obama would not give telecoms pass as Pres regardless, but would like him to go on Senatee floor and say so. In other words, forget private suits, HE could claim HE would go after the telecoms.
