My 1,000th Post!!!!!!!

As I celebrate this wonderful occasion, I want to let all of you know that I’ve been extremely busy for quite some time. Specifically, I’m in the process of moving to another part of the county I’m in (long ass story on that), I finished my class for the spring semester, and my job is undergoing some changes, but in spite of that I’m still in tune with what’s going on in the wonderful world of politics.

I am so, so, so glad that Hill FINALLY conceded! I got so sick and tired of hearing the SSDD every night (and I’m very certain Keith got tired of it as well), so, my only hope is the flame-baiting, dissing, name calling, and the Romper Room antics in GD Pee has now stopped. If Skinner 86’d a lot of posters, then good for him! While we can agree to disagree on some things, there’s no need for the high school nonsense. Save that shit for the RW playground and not the best message board in America!! Let’s focus our energy on what’s more important—sending Mayor McCheese to the old folks home and NOT the White House!!! Gobama!!!!!!!

Now we as Dems have to unite and do everything in our ability to give Obama the keys to the White House so he can get the nation back on track and C-L-E-A-N H-O-U-S-E!!!!!!!!!!!!! (He can start with every Federal agency from A-Z, especially the one I work for ‘cause it’s high time for those racist, sexist, triflin’ geezers to get out and bring in new blood!! Lord knows we need it!). I sure as hell don’t want another term of repugs ‘cause they don’t want to help the poor and disadvantaged, families losing their homes, and don’t get me started about these idjits not doing anything to reduce the gas prices and stop the price gouging at the pump. Makes me kinda glad I’m not driving right now but that won’t stop me from doing that once I get my license.

In reading the threads (at work mostly), I really missed you guys over the last few weeks. I pray all is well with you and yours. I share hugs with each and every one of you. :hug:

Hopefully, once I move to my new place before the summer’s out and get back online (with Comcast because in spite of what I’ve been hearing, they can’t be no more worse than Verizon, and they’re the worst in the land! FIOS, my ass!) at home, so I can really let loose, things will be back to normal.

I understand we got another DUzy!!!!! YAY!!! Let’s keep it going, guys. When I return to the clubhouse on a regular basis, I got a lineup that’ll give us DUzy after DUzy after DUzy!! Wait and see! :evilgrin:

So, be patient. I’ll be back real soon. I may do a drive by so brace yourself. I’m still watching Countdown and getting my KOOS fix, Berry! The more the merrier, I say!

You can rest assured that DU has stopped the childish antics of GD-Pee and has now moved on to even more childish behavior still, namely pissing on Tim Russert's grave. Oh well.
