Watching coverage of Iran's presidential election on television dredged up 25-year-old memories that prompted four of the former hostages to exchange e-mails. And those four realized they shared the same conclusion - the firm belief that President-elect Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had been one of their Iranian captors.

Michael Jackson began a vacation at a prince's palace in the tiny Gulf kingdom of Bahrain, his first trip overseas since being acquitted of child molestation charges, an official close to the royal circle said Thursday. British balloonist and explorer David Hempleman-Adams has done his most bizarre feat to date - staging the world's highest formal dinner party. Clad in formal evening wear, Hempleman-Adams, 44, fellow explorer Bear Grylls, 30, and Lt. Commander Alan Veal, 34, ascended to 24,262 feet last week in a balloon above Bath in southwest England. After a salute to Queen Elizabeth II, the pair parachuted to earth. The trio faced temperatures of minus-58 and risked contracting the life-threatening condition of hypoxia, in which the body is starved of oxygen. Click link for photo.
