Hubby has been miserable for the last month or two -- bad sciatica. He started therapy but it got worse. Had an MRI a couple of days ago and goes to the physiatrist tomorrow with the films and for a cortisone shot. I sure hope he doesn't need surgery.

My sciatica has been acting up lately.

At least I haven't had another episode like I did about 15 years ago. My back got so bad I literally could not stand up. I had to crawl around my apartment, and getting onto the toilet was pure hell. Did go to the doctor, with the help of MrSG, as I was living in a 3rd floor walk-up, and there would have been no way to get down the stairs on my own.
