More & more cases continue to be dropped.

Cases involving almost 200 of the 400-some children illegally removed (at gunpoint) from their homes have been dismissed,with more to come. Turns out the only ones who abused the children were the State of Texas & CPS.

The investigation began when a sixteen year old girl named Sarah called a crisis hotline... Police later traced the call to a thirty-three year old Colorado Springs woman named Rosita Swinton. Swinton had been previously arrested for making a false report and accused of posing as "Jennifer", sixteen, who called 911 to report that her father had locked her in a basement for days. Swinton may also have posed as thirteen-year-old Dana Anderson, who claimed she was being sexually abused by her pastor and raped by her father. There is no evidence that Sarah, Jennifer or Dana exist...

There was also a story in Newsweek about Rozita, who is neither FLDS, 16, nor white. She was already on probation for making hoax phone calls, pretending to be an abuse victim.

7. Yeah, almost 50% of the children removed

shouldn't have been (& that number will only go up as the number of nonsuits goes up as well), but no, we won't report about a government agency that's completely out of control. :eyes:

8. And it's official

more than 1/2 of the cases involving the FLDS children have been nonsuited. This means that out of the 437 who were forced from their homes at gunpoint, the State has now essentially admitted that approximately 219-220 WERE NOT ABUSED!!! More nonsuits are expected to follow.
