Thank you, Keith for correcting the pronunciation of "pundit"

I heard him just before I went to sleep last night saying that he heard two people (one was Failin') mispronounce it "pundiNt" and he just had to say something. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everytime I hear someone say it with that extra "N" I want to scream. It seems most people pronounce it wrong, including some actual pundits.

Grates on me too...just like people who say "sherbert" instead of "sherbet." :rofl:

3. Merriam-Webster actually lists sherbert as a proper variant for sherbet.

I don't say the word enough to know how I normally pronounce it :)

And "sherbert" wouldn't be in the dictionary if people didn't keep saying it.
