I'm at my sister-in-law's house tonight and she has graciously allowed me the use of her BT internet connection. With any luck, I'll have mine up and running by tomorrow night, just in time for the debate between that woman from Alaska and Joe Biden.

The polls seem to be going Obama's way and that is a huge relief for me. Everyone I've talked to over here wants him to win without exception. Not a McCain backer in sight.

We'll I'm gonna switch over to C-Span now and see if I can catch some the debate in the Senate,
hopefully I will be able to. Keep your fingers crossed that I can connect to the Tubes tomorrow and I'll join you guys for the debate.

I'm arriving at ORD late Monday afternoon, November 3rd. I got my wireless setup for the computer today from BT, so I'm posting from my house right now. I'm so excited I'll be able to join the rest of KOEB'ers tonight for the debate.

Word of warning though if I'm not making a whole lot of sense there is a reason for it. I have a girls' night out scheduled for tonight and I'm sure I'll have a few cocktails. So if I piss anyone off, please accept my apologies in advance.

Better run now. I'm waiting for my new "cooker" to be delivered and installed. It's electric, not gas so it'll take some getting used to.
