Got my absentee ballot on Friday, filled it out over the weekend, and dropped it off at the election center on Monday. It was awesome to fill in that circle next to Obama/Biden!

65. I'm coming home on Monday, Nov. 3rd.

I arrive at ORD about 4:00 pm that afternoon. The flight leaves Dublin at 1:30 pm, but with the time change it'll be 7:30 am in Chicago.

If the election wasn't the next day I would probably stay for another week, but I have to vote on Tuesday. I didn't ask for an absentee ballot before I left, so I have to vote "in person".

I'm really enjoying myself and most of the work on the house is done. I'm here 5 weeks today and the time has absolutely flown by. But I do miss Mr. Wonderful and 6 weeks in Ireland is plenty of time for anyone.
