Did you catch Nancy's show today? She'll be on again tomorrow and then next Monday-Wednesday. If you saw Hardball, that crazy Stephanie lady was also on Nancy's show today and they really got into it. Hard to believe Uncle Pat is on our side on this one. Nancy would have been on Hardball if Pat hadn't been available. She actually gave them that crazy lady's name.

We got hit again today -- I left work at 4 and am going to work from home again tomorrow.

8. We've got another sh*tload coming in tonight after midnight.

Had MrSG drop me off at the drug store about a mile from the house, on his way to work. I walked home, and it's pretty much uphill all the way. I know, sounds like that old, "I walked 6 miles to school and back, barefoot, in the snow, uphill, both ways." That's sure what I felt like when I finally did get back home!

I would never have attempted that. I'm bad on hills even when the weather is good.

We didn't get that much today, but on top of what we already had, it seemed like a lot and the roads weren't totally clear when I came home. It snowed, then stopped, then started again. I think it's supposed to go up to 46 tomorrow.

The worst part of my walk (well, aside from the uphill part) was getting across parking lots and streets. Like walking on an ice rink! :scared:

:hi: Sorry to be late--as it turned out, the sis and family had to postpone dinner and cookie-baking until tonight, which was actually better than Friday anyway as that was our last night of live Keith.

I'm glad Tamryn Hall got the chance to warm the chair for the Big Guy tonight. I've had a soft spot for her ever since I caught her on MSNBC one afternoon during the height of the Jeremiah Wright garbage last spring and she gave the lowdown to whoever was anchoring at the time about the situation for African Americans who move to Chicago seeking a church with a social life as well as a spiritual one. Made me understand the whole Wright/Obama thing a lot better. You can read the gist of it a little into this blog:
