but since its not my primary not much chance of that. I am trying to rent it out for very reasonable rent to help some other people priced out of their homes, no bites yet though, no matter how low I go so far. I think a lot of people are very skittish about renting since some flipper investors were renting and pocketing the rents, and not paying the morgage on their end. Renters then ended up getting evicted, lots of that going on.
