that he would be back tonight. Shuster said he was in meetings about his new show today. So guessing Keith will be back unless he changed his mind at the last minute knowing Shuster was around.

ok. Just been using Countdown time as exercise time. The one hour a day I set a side so not on an exercise bike while watching Keith. Not up to speed for the treadmill yet foot wise. lol

5. You're welcome. I think it will be fun to read along as Keith enjoys the baseball season

because I think in the months to come, it's going to serve as a constant in his life that he desperately needs, as well as being his usual life's blood of the spring, summer and fall.

Oh, and :hi: again to Ferretessa. If I exercised only when I watch Keith, I might yet be able to, well, burn a lot of calories.
