I think I need a couple of drinks. MrSG just had a coughing fit like I've never seen before. His face went completely beet red, then his arms drew up to his chest, his hands went into claws, and his eyes went totally freaky. I was yelling his name and he wasn't responding. Then all of a sudden, his color returned to normal, and he sat up and asked my why I was yelling at him all of a sudden (he only heard my last yell of his name; he didn't hear anything before that).

He seems just fine. Absolutely fine. I burst into tears.

I think I'll take one of every drink in that picture.

When hubster goes into insulin shock, usually in the early morning, it's like he's had a stroke. I've found him on the kitchen floor, unresponsive, in a pool of sweat. Fortunately (we don't have insurance), the county EMTs don't charge to come and give him a glucose IV.

59. OK, three bits of good news:

1. My move date has been moved back to July 6. This gives me 7 more days to pack!
2. The air conditioning is fixed. Turns out the wiring in the attic was fused together. The trustees are going to have to have it inspected, since I could have burned down at any moment!
3. The dryer is in appliance graveyard, and a new dryer is in the basement. CC supervised the process, so all is well.
