I remember not too long ago it was at least 100 degrees for an entire week! Code red alerts went up all over the area, and it was so bad I had to leave for work earlier in the morning so I can get in the building before 9:00 when the temps read 88 degrees! That was very bad. That's the rep DC has had for years. Even the joggers out on the National Mall were sweating and cut their workouts short due to the heat.
