Okay, folks...I did some digging, and here are email addys and phone numbers for contacting MSNBC with your comments and/or complaints:

Now, I can't gurantee any of these will "work", but they're a good starting place. (Can you tell why I always do the research in any office where I've worked?)

they'd like to receive from Persons Unnamed (and Unseen) at MSNBC...

Seriously, though, it's a way to let them know you enjoy "Countdown" and wonder where the heck a certain host is???

3. Somehow I just can't picture being taken seriously

if I contact MSNBC and say "Excuse me, but I really don't think your Countdown anchor should take any more vacations. He should just work and work and work without any time off unless he's desperately ill. OK?"

And at the same time...I'm missin' him so damn bad...

Lucky for me...my XM Satellite Radio arrived today...I'm gonna be all set for Friday at 2!!!!

4. Here's how I worded mine:

I really enjoy watching Countdown, and it's one of my favorite shows. While Alison Stewart does a good job, I wish Keith Olbermann was on more regularly. His writing and interview skills are excellent. Hopefully, MSNBC will give him more opportunities to show how good he really is.

I doubt it would alter the terms of his contract with respect to the amount of vacation time he can take, and if it did... well, screwing the man out of his vacation time so we can watch him more often seems like a pretty selfish way of showing our "appreciation" to me.

6. Here's why:

If you email "Countdown" directly, they most likely won't reply. Not only that, TheIdiotsInCharge won't see that "Countdown" does, indeed, have a fan following.

My thought in going through the main contact numbers is that the people who don't usually see Countdown's fan base might take notice. It seems especially important now that Rita Cosby's coming on, and they're still frantically pimping Tucker Carlson's show.

Just my opinion! :)
